RECOGNIZING EMPLOYEE STORIES, BY LAUNCHING A FILM FESTIVAL
Accenture wanted to show what the company has in store for it's employees and how it is a Great Place To Work. We told what these are via the most authentic channel of all: personal stories of employees.

The creatives personally viewed 150+ stories of real employees, personally interviewed over 10 people and finally writing and visualising creative interpretations of their stories.

Initially intended as an internal campaign targeted for Accenture's 45,000 employees, the great reception prompted them to release it as recruitment materials.
